CHARITABLE ACTIVITIES

RANA undertakes several charitable activities in the areas of education, healthcare and social welfare; contributing to the home state by promoting economic and industrial development.

The goals and objectives of RANA can only be fulfilled with the participation and consistence you provide.

Therefore, I encourage every individuals and family to contribute generously to our organization by helping RANA to achieve its goal. RANA is a not for profit, tax-exempt organization, under section 501 (c) (3) of Internal Revenue Code, incorporated in the state of New York

RANA’s Charitable & Social Projects

RANA has undertaken several social, charitable, educational and health care projects. The highlights of such projects are presented below:

  1. RANA sponsored the Rajasthan International Convention in July 2003. This convention was attended by chief minister of Rajasthan along with other cabinet ministers and several other government officials, dignitaries, and honorable businessmen and professionals from different parts of the world and several community leaders.

  2. RANA requested the Rajasthan Government to set-up separate wing of NRI’s & NRR’s (Non-Resident Rajasthanies). RANA also has participated in formulation of policies and procedures to up-lift economic development in Rajasthan with the help of NRI’s and NRR’s.

  3. Requested to Rajasthan Government and proposed central government for recognition of the Rajasthani language in eighth schedule of the Indian constitution.

  4. Brought Rajasthani community on one platform to strengthen bonding between Rajasthanies living abroad and in Rajasthan.

  5. Assistance in the area of medical, educational and social welfare who are in need of it.

  6. Integration of young generation by promoting cultural value and heritage of Rajasthan.

  7. Contribution in various social and welfare projects for the people living in Rajasthan and in India.

  8. RANA has undertaken “Rainwater Harvesting” and “Well Replenishing” Scheme in association with (BITS) Birla Institute of Technology and Science. RANA plans to initiate these water projects in three villages and make the Role model for other parts in Rajasthan to provide adequate and clean water.

  9. Assistance to various clinics and hospitals by providing the state of art medical equipments and technologies.

  10. Spreading the message of Peace, Unity, Harmony, and unite Rajasthanies living abroad and back home.
